Client Services Team

Our Client Services Team conducts a whole range of activities to allow our therapists to focus on providing quality outcomes for you. Our Client Services Team will help you with making bookings and cancellations, payments and funding, navigating the NDIS and of course all the paperwork that comes with being a health care provider. Our team is compassionate and cheerful. They will always offer you a cup of tea, coffee or water as you walk through the door and do what they can to make your therapy experience as enjoyable as possible.

Chris is an Owner and Director of Eat Speak Learn. Chris has had extensive government experience working for the Australian Parliament and Community Services Directorate of the ACT Government. A tireless advocate for community engagement, Chris is a regular volunteer for local charitable organisations, schools and sporting clubs as well as a father to two sons. Chris embodies our motto ‘we’re here to help’ as he strives to ensure that Eat Speak Learn is an industry leader in the way speech pathology services are delivered. Enthusiastic about innovation, Chris drives the continual improvement program so that we can best meet client objectives in all aspects of service delivery. Chris is always open to ideas about how we can do better for our clients.

Tarnie

Tarnie is our hard-working Office Manager. She’s a super organised mother of two and will do everything she can to make sure your experience at Eat Speak Learn is perfect. She’s responsible for making sure all the little things that matter happen from the welcome greeting you get on your first day though to trying to get you the best time for appointments. Tarnie also ensures that our clinic is compliant with all our legislative requirements, that our scheduling is correct, that payments are up to date and the myriad of other tasks that are required to make sure your services are delivered smoothly.

Rishi

Rishi is Eat Speak Learns journeyman. Although a man of few words, he loves to tell us that the journey of a thousand miles begins with one step. Rishi’s journey began in Bangladesh many years ago. He moved to Australia when he was four where he completed year 12 and an IT certificate before starting with Eat Speak Learn. Rishi does all our odd jobs and we love the way he goes quietly about his business. He is the most respectful young man you will come across.
