Frequently Asked Questions
Have you moved? Yes we have! We’re located one the floor above our old clinic. Access is via the lifts. Just head down the corridor and you’ll find us.
What do I do if I’m not feeling well and I have a face to face appointment? Cancel your appointment as you normally would or request the session to be delivered by Telehealth. If you or a family member present to a consultation and are visibly unwell or demonstrating any cold or flu symptom we will end the session and ask you to leave. This is to ensure the safety of our team and our community. Please remember that many of our clients have immune systems that struggle at the best of times.
I don’t want to come into the clinic for services. Can we do an on-line consult? Absolutely! The platform is an interactive secure service designed for telehealth. This service is covered by the NDIS and is eligible for rebates from Medicare and some Private Health Insurers . This will be the best screen time your child ever has! Please note that on-line consultations will not be suitable for every child and there are some services that cannot be delivered remotely.
What do I need for an on-line consultation? A computer/tablet/phone with a camera and sound. Ideally a computer with a trackpad or mouse. Think about an appropriate location – what is the light like? is it a quiet space? We’ll send you further details.
