Current State of Play = Limited Services

From Monday 30 March 2020 we will NOT be delivering sessions in our clinic, at homes or at schools unless the service is critical to your healthcare needs. Our team will be working remotely and offering alternate therapy supports such as telehealth. Our administration team will also be working remotely and will respond to any emails and voicemails as soon as they can. We will not be answering our phone during this time. Please contact to get the swiftest response to your enquiry.

We take our workplace, team and families safety seriously! We are continuing to proactively manage the health alerts associated with COVID-19 (Coronavirus) to maintain a safe environment for our team and families.  We are taking advice and making decisions based on updates from the following sources:

  Frequently Asked Questions

What do I do if I’m not feeling well and I have a face to face appointment?  Cancel your appointment as you normally would. If you or a family member present to a consultation and are visibly unwell or demonstrating any cold or flu symptom we will end the session and ask you to leave. This is to ensure the safety of our team and our community. Please remember that many of our clients have immune systems that struggle at the best of times. Please note that our cancellation policy is now 2 business days notice and a 100% cancellation fee.

What do I do if I want to suspend services until things get back to normal? Contact our Director: When you are ready to return get in touch with us and we will prioritise you on our wait list and endeavor to give you the best appointment time with your preferred therapist we can. We will not be holding regular appointment times for clients that choose to suspend services whilst we are still operating in a business as usual environment.

I don’t want to come into the clinic for services. Can we do an on-line consult? Exciting news! We’re now live with on-line consultations. The platform is an interactive secure service designed for telehealth. This service is covered by the NDIS but is not eligible for rebates from Private Health and Medicare rebates as yet. This will be the best screen time your child ever has! Please note that on-line consultations will not be suitable for every child and there are some services that cannot be delivered remotely.

What do I need for an on-line consultation? A computer/tablet/phone with a camera and sound. Ideally a computer with a trackpad or mouse. Think about an appropriate location – what is the light like? is it a quiet space? We’ll send you further details.
